Return Policy

Our overall goal is that you love the item that you purchase from Southern Restoration and our clients are the top priority. If your item is damaged in transit we need to know the day of delivery and if delivered by freight carrier, you must note the damage on the bill prior to the driver leaving your location for us to be able to file a claim with the carrier. 

Refunds and Exchanges are on a case by case basis and We try to be as fair as possible.

Shipping is non returnable unless we have indeed made a mistake on your order.

Custom orders are not returnable. If only part of your order is custom than the part that is not would be returnable. Shipping costs would not be returned and it is the customers responsibility to ship the item back for a refund.
